No physical returns
All products are digital games. Do not send physical goods or storage media to the company address. There is no return shipping charge because no physical shipment takes place.
Before payment or download
A pending, unpaid order can be cancelled from your account where the Cancel action is offered. There is no refund to issue if no payment was taken. If payment is confirmed and you have not started a download, contact us promptly to request cancellation and a refund; we will check the order and delivery record.
Faulty, missing or misdescribed content
If a confirmed paid download is unavailable, materially different from its description or fails on a supported configuration, contact us with the details. Depending on the issue and your rights, we may provide technical help, a working replacement, a price reduction or a refund. You do not have to accept repeated unsuccessful repair attempts where applicable law provides another remedy.
Change of mind and digital content
After a download starts, a change-of-mind request is assessed against the circumstances and applicable law; a discretionary refund is not guaranteed solely because a completed game was not enjoyed. Try the free preview and read compatibility information before buying.
Nothing here removes a mandatory cooling-off period, statutory guarantee, right to reject or other consumer right. A general agreement to our terms is not treated as a waiver of mandatory digital-content withdrawal rights. If local law requires separate express consent or acknowledgement before immediate supply, that requirement must be met.
How to request help
Email keweike1@outlook.com or send a support request with the order number, purchasing email, game name, reason and any useful error details. Do not provide payment passwords or full card details. We will review payment, download and support records and explain the outcome.
Refund handling
Approved refunds should return to the original payment route where possible. Provider processing times vary; a decision to approve is separate from the provider completing a transfer. We will explain any required next step and cannot promise a provider-specific arrival date before the payment route is known.
Full refunds end the refunded order’s download access. A complete refund of one game in a multi-game order removes that game’s access while preserving other eligible items. A price adjustment alone does not automatically remove an otherwise valid game license. Stop using and remove copies of content whose license has been refunded, unless the remedy expressly says otherwise.
