Plans change. Here’s how to handle it.
Unpaid orders
Sign in and open My account → Orders. Use Cancel where it appears for an eligible unpaid order. The order will be marked Cancelled and will not release a download. Cancelling an unpaid order does not issue a refund because no confirmed payment exists.
Paid orders awaiting delivery
If your payment is confirmed but a download has not begun, contact keweike1@outlook.com promptly with your order number. We will check delivery and payment records and handle the cancellation under the Returns & refunds policy and your applicable rights.
After downloading
A completed digital delivery cannot be returned by sending a parcel. Contact us for a fault, misdescription, statutory withdrawal or other refund request. Downloading does not extinguish mandatory rights, and our general terms are not a waiver of them.
Payment in progress
If you have already authorised payment outside the site, check the provider record and contact support before assuming that an account cancellation stopped the charge. Cancellation status and payment-provider settlement are separate events; a confirmed charge may require a refund.
No subscriptions
The current collection has no recurring billing or subscription renewal to cancel. Removing a game file from your device or closing your account is not a refund request. Contact us separately if you need an order remedied.
Orders we cannot fulfil
We may cancel an unpaid order for a genuine listing error, unavailable content or suspected misuse. If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required. We will not replace your purchase with a different game without agreement.
