Prices and currency
All store prices are in US dollars (USD). These are one-time purchases of the stated offline game edition. We do not offer recurring subscriptions or in-game purchases. Review the product, quantity and final total before placing an order. No physical delivery fee applies.
Checkout and payment confirmation
Sign in or create an account before checkout so the order and any later download are attached to you. Use the payment option offered at checkout. An order-received message only acknowledges the order: it is not confirmation of a completed payment.
An order marked Pending payment has not been confirmed as paid. A saved pending order does not itself initiate a charge or grant download access. Follow any payment instructions actually presented; if none are available, contact support before attempting payment by another route. We never ask you to send payment credentials in a support form.
Payment data
Do not enter card numbers, security codes or payment-account passwords anywhere in our support or billing address fields. When an external payment service is used, that provider handles payment credentials under its own terms. We use order, billing and provider-reference information to administer purchases; we do not request full card details.
Charges, failures and duplicate attempts
Check My account and your payment-provider activity before retrying an uncertain payment. Reopening the Pay action for an existing pending order keeps the original order reference. If you see a charge but no confirmed order, send the order number and a redacted payment reference to keweike1@outlook.com. Do not include a complete card number.
Your provider may apply currency-conversion or account fees. We cannot control those separate charges. If an incorrect or duplicate store charge is confirmed, we will investigate and arrange the appropriate correction. Never dispute or retry solely on the basis of a slow page.
Acceptance and delivery
