Our products are original downloadable HTML5 games. Nothing is shipped physically, no courier is used and there is no physical shipping charge. Your company or billing address is not a shipping destination.
When delivery happens
After payment is confirmed and your order is eligible, the offline ZIP is made available in My account → Downloads and the order details. Pending, on-hold, failed and cancelled orders do not grant access. Changing an order label without a confirmed payment does not constitute payment.
We do not promise that every payment or technical review completes instantly. If a confirmed paid order has no download, contact us with the order number. Email is a convenience; your account is the primary place to check order and download status.
What you receive
Each product provides a ZIP with one standalone play.html game and a README. Extract the ZIP before opening play.html. The offline edition supports repeat sessions of up to 180 seconds; the free online preview is limited to 90 seconds per session. Pebble Pairs has ten offline pairs compared with eight in the preview. There is no installed application, activation key, third-party game account or additional content subscription.
Compatibility and access
Use a current browser supporting JavaScript and HTML5 Canvas. Desktop is recommended. Touch controls are available in online previews; opening extracted HTML offline on phones or tablets depends on the operating system. Try the preview on your device and read the product details before purchase. No audio, multiplayer, cloud save or persistent session progress is provided.
Downloads require the purchasing account and a valid, unrefunded paid order. We do not impose a numerical download quota or product-level expiry on this edition while account delivery remains available, but we do not guarantee permanent hosting. Save a personal backup. No access is promised after a valid refund revokes the license.
Delivery problems
Check that you are signed into the correct account and that your order is paid. If the ZIP is missing, corrupt or will not open, contact keweike1@outlook.com with your order number, browser, device and the error. We will investigate and offer a working file, practical assistance or an appropriate remedy under our refund policy and applicable consumer law.
