- Pending payment: your order is saved, but payment is not confirmed. No game download is released.
- On hold: the order needs a payment or account review. Download access remains unavailable.
- Processing / Completed: downloads are available only when payment has also been confirmed and the relevant game has not been refunded.
- Failed / Cancelled: this order does not grant a download. Check your payment records and contact support if you believe you were charged.
- Refunded: the refunded order or product no longer provides download access.
If an order cannot be found, contact keweike1@outlook.com with its number. A pending order is not proof of a successful charge.
